Circulation & Immersion Heaters: Overview

SAGOSI circulation and immersion heaters are custom-engineered electric heaters for heating liquids and gases in industrial process duty. In-line circulation heaters heat a flowing medium, while tank-mounted immersion heaters heat the contents of a vessel directly. Element materials — Incoloy, SS316, copper or titanium — are selected to suit the process fluid, and the pressure-vessel design follows ASME Section VIII Division 1 and IS 2825.

Power ratings span 0.5 kW to over 500 kW, and complete units can be supplied as skid-mounted packages with full instrumentation and controls for plug-and-play installation. Each heater is engineered to the exact flow, temperature rise, pressure and fluid chemistry of the application, making them suitable for chemical process heating, oil and gas, power generation and gas/air heating duty.
