A specialised micro coating system delivers 2000-hour salt-spray resistance, high coating adhesion and a wide pH tolerance from 3 to 13 — making it well suited to biogas, slurry, sludge, ethanol, molasses and aggressive industrial effluent. The tank is designed to ANSI AWWA D103-09 with ISO 9001:2008 quality control.
For effluent treatment operators, the micro-coated bolted tank is the proven permanent solution to the recurring leakage of civil RCC tanks: the steel shell is non-porous, there is no rebar to corrode, and the factory-coated, gasketed panels are bolted on site in days rather than weeks. The tank is relocatable, expandable and reusable, with capacities from 25 m³ to 10,001 m³ for ETP, STP, ZLD and fire water duty.
